Build a full NFT collection smart contract in Foundry - LW3 Sophomore track

Today's Progress:

• Foundry: added a Makefile for basic scripting needs
• Adds basic readme following standard-readme
• Foundry: read up on mocks and interface contract testing
• Foundry: added more tests, coverage at 31%
